Spalding Advisory Pty Ltd (hereon referred to as Spalding Advisory) is committed to respecting and safeguarding your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal data. 

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) outlined in the Act. All personnel—including officers, employees, and subcontractors—are trained and regularly updated on their responsibilities under the Act and Spalding Advisory’s internal privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with Spalding Advisory—whether through telephone, email, facsimile, our website, or in person—except where a permitted general situation under Section 16A of the Act applies. These situations include when collection, use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or for a confidential alternative dispute resolution process. 

OBJECTIVES OF THIS POLICY 

This Policy is designed to:

You may choose to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym, where practical and lawful. In certain cases, such as dealing with government entities, accurate identification may be required.

  • It is prohibited by law 

  • It involves legal or commercially sensitive information
