We’re a team of two hardworking accountants, passionate about helping people feel confident and in control of their finances. Together, we bring over a decade of combined experience across small & mid-tier practices, Big 4 accounting firms, and in-house finance roles.
With a shared love for numbers, we founded our practice to make tax preparation more personable, stress-free and tailored to your needs. We know what it’s like to juggle work, life, and everything in between — and we’re here to support our clients every step of the way.
When we’re not crunching numbers, you’ll find us travelling, spending quality time with family and friends and tackling home reno's.

Specialising in high-net-wealth family groups, Sam has broad experience across areas including property, startups, and business structuring. He combines his deep technical knowledge with practical insights to provide tailored advice that supports long-term business success.
Lily Spalding
Director
With over five years of experience in the accounting industry, Lily has gained a reputation for delivering practical, tax-effective solutions built on strong, trusted client relationships. She genuinely values getting to know each client’s unique situation, ensuring advice is tailored and relevant.
Focusing mainly on small to medium-sized family businesses across various industries, Lily brings a straightforward and supportive approach to guide clients confidently through their tax and compliance obligations.
